Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking is a form of fitness walking using specially designed poles and a learned technique to produce a low impact, high results, total body workout.

Nordic Walking is for everyone regardless of age or fitness level.

Getting into Nordic Walking is as easy as joining one of our groups or taking private lessons. We have poles at our practice for hire which are also available for purchase.

Cost: $30 includes pole hire or $25 if you have your own poles.
Where: We meet at Loxton Physiotherapy Service and vary our locations weekly.
